00 gundam ? Double O line art

could this be the 00gundam (double O) ??
i think the cones on the shoulder looks really weird..
the overall body looks ok.. but the gn shoulder idea.. just didnt work for me..
no wings?? no big anti ship swords?? GN fangs?? what happened ??
